Very disappointing in their customer service. We are a business and purchase chocolate from Sunspire.
I have been calling 3 - 4 times a week for the last 3 months regarding a document that will help me sell their chocolate. We have spent over 60k in purchasing product from them and they dont really seam to care.
I think that is a big quantity and if i had someone buying that i would pay attention to them. But now 3 months and when i call customer services either my tickets dont exist or they tell me it will be next friday.
Just to say you should never do business with them im to pissed to say anything too bad but the jist is that they dont care for business!
